Our hotel bases the development of its activities on the principles of sustainability through concrete awareness-raising actions both with regard to its employees and its clients, guests and suppliers. We comply with tourism, environmental, socio-cultural, economic and labor legislation in the search for integrated sustainability.

We seek to promote the indigenous culture of the community, respecting the customs and traditions of indigenous peoples, supporting the economic development of communities and local producers who make sustainable use of raw materials used in production and in turn highlight the native characteristics of the area; in the same way we promote the marketing and use of handicrafts made by local people in fair trade conditions, seeking to become a source of direct or indirect employment that contributes to the improvement and dignification of life of the local community in general.
We pledge our total rejection of commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC), any method of child labour exploitation and different forms of discrimination. We will work forcefully with the competent authorities to prevent these acts and denounce any case that may arise.
We are committed to training our personnel, seeking mechanisms to sensitise and raise awareness among clients, guests, suppliers and employees on sustainable practices that contribute to the development and strengthening of cultural manifestations, regional education and all those activities related to our main activity.
The sum of all these commitments is what will allow our sector and activity to generate opportunities and wealth for the community, protecting the environment and natural resources, providing the necessary value to reduce the social differences of the globalised world, preserving diversity and cultural heritage.
