The Camoruco Hotel is a family tradition business. Founded by Juan Miranda and his wife Rosa Vargas, began its service in 1974 with 6 rooms.

Initially focused on serving travellers passing from the center of the country to the farms and ranches in deep Casaner´s flats, the Camoruco Hotel has grown in response to the economic and touristic development of Yopal, to count today with 35 high standard rooms. Keeping its original architectural design, with brick and inner courtyard, with native vegetation and carefully maintained gardens that generate a micro climate of natural freshness, which have become an emblem in themselves.

In 2004, the Camoruco Hotel began a period of innovation and change with the construction of new service areas including swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, gym and bar. In 2011, the hotel celebrates the opening of the restaurant area.

All services offered by the Camoruco Hotel are designed with the welfare of our costumers in mind and always with a commitment to environmental sustainability; its central location (one block from Parque Santander) and excellence in service have made since the beginning of the Camoruco Hotel a benchmark in the region.
